At Socanin, our role is to assist the Client in their approach by planning their project with their existing team. Each project is different but the basic principle is the same. The key to success is having the right players to complete the client team to reach the destination while respecting the budget, schedule, health and safety, all with impeccable quality. When the client understands they need to strengthen their team and all elements are evaluated at the beginning of the mandate, it's simpler to follow these criteria.

The Project Director must work hand in hand with their client to establish project implementation. At Socanin, we will ask you these few questions:

How? Develop the proposed work method to achieve the project

This method allows establishing the project direction and identifying the team to put in place. When criteria are clearly established, the Director can then complete the Client team with their professionals to provide complete and efficient management.
