Our Company
Socanin is a project management consulting firm specializing in integrated project management, construction management and other project support services. Founded in 2003, our company exclusively represents the client as project owner.
We support our clients from initial concept to project delivery, ensuring optimal management of time, cost, quality and risk. Our integrated approach allows us to provide comprehensive solutions adapted to the specific needs of each project.
Our expertise extends to various sectors including chemistry, petrochemicals, energy, transportation and other industrial projects, with proven experience in major capital projects in Asia and North America.
Leadership
Pieter is a project manager with 25 years of experience contributing at various levels in the realization of major high-capitalization projects in Asia and North America. These projects include airports, aircraft production campuses, convention centers, civil works (roads, bridges and viaducts), chemical plants, pharmaceutical and petrochemical facilities.
Following his involvement as general manager for a 500-person engineering consulting firm, he founded Socanin in 2003 and works exclusively as the client's representative for the project owner.
Mr. Heeren leads and supports high-performing project teams in the areas of planning, design, estimation and construction. He is competent in the areas of negotiation, claims management, risk reduction as well as identifying savings and cost avoidance.
An engineer by training, trilingual and versatile, he manages project setup as well as technical and administrative needs during implementation. He brings vision, support and action and frames the project through proven management processes and practices.
