MONTREAL CONVENTION CENTRE, Montreal, Quebec, Canada

The $210M expansion of the Montreal Convention Centre in the early 2000s added more than 55,000 m² to the convention hall. It also provided a link between Old Montreal and downtown Montreal in a bold and colorful way. Built over the Ville-Marie highway, construction had to face constraints such as traffic management, proximity to other construction sites, existing infrastructure, integration of existing buildings, and construction of an underground parking garage.

Construction management services and overall supervision were provided during the construction of the Montreal Convention Centre expansion primarily associated with the loading dock and the 1,200-space underground parking garage.
